Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our software development projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee software development projects from initiation to delivery
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Proven track record of managing software development projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.)
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background with understanding of software development
• Experience in the tech industry
• Knowledge of software development life cycle
• Experience with budget management
• Conflict resolution experience
